Hi! So I am new to jotform and I had my first client fill out a application..... but when I click in her photo it wont let me pull it up. What do J need to do or is this something on your end?

It seems the option Require log-in to view uploaded files. The Privacy setting is enabled:
To disable this:
1. Go to https://jotform.com/myaccount/settings
2. Find Require log-in to view uploaded files. option and uncheck it.
3. Always be happy 😊
