Submissions not forwarded to Google Spreadsheet

    i integrated jotform to google spreadsheet and it worked for some days during which i have been testing.

    but today it stoped working. i read already related posts and disintegrated and reintegrated a couple of times with no luck. Also emptying the cache did not work.

    Hi there,

    We are truly sorry for the inconveniences caused.

    I was able to reproduced the problem on the cloned form but when I created a new form, everything works just fine. This might be form specific. I just want to clarify if I am checking the right form, can you name the form in which this issue is occuring? Is it this form? or all of your form? 

    FYI, I have cleared your form cache here, kindly try to re-integrate your form once more and update us if there's no changed on the issue so we'll forward this to our developers.

    yes, this is the form:

    I disintegrated and re-integrated several times and then it suddenly worked. But some of the data that i entered into the form, does not show neither in the email notification nor in the spreadsheet.

    After checking your form and submitted data, I can see two submissions with blank data. I have cloned your form, but I have no luck trying  to reproduce this issue, all the filled  data is submitted.

    As far as I can see, the blank fields on your submission panel correspond to fields  that are not required to fill, this could be the reason why you are getting blank fields. could you check it?
