I updated a file when I originally save the form but the form owner said they not receive it

    When completing an application through jotforms I updated a submission file with a new upload and did not receive any uploading error messages. I made sure to click save after updating this file as well. However, when my application was received, they said they did not receive the updated file.

    the form is already submitted and I do not have a URL or screenshot.

    Is there any explanation for this error?

    We can coordinate this matter with the form owner, but we would like to know the name of the original file and the name of the newly updated file. If the name is the same, please tell us the difference in terms of its content. A screenshot of both files would be helpful.
