We need two payment methods

Cath LovellAsked on February 28, 2021 at 12:33 PMWe need two payment methods. PayPal and bank transfer. Does anyone know what Mollie charges for both of these please and also whether there is any additional cost, such as IDEAL or SEPA costs please?

WelvinAnswered on February 28, 2021 at 05:20 PMJotform SupportMollie charges a per-transaction fee. You can find the rates through their pricing page https://www.mollie.com/en/pricing. Note that this is on top of the rates imposed by the payment service that you're using.
For PayPal, you can find their fees here: https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/what-are-the-fees-to-use-paypal-faq690.
For IDEAL and SEPA, I would suggest contacting Mollie as they have a separate integration with these two.

For your information, Mollie can’t help because they aren’t set up to accept any organisation, club or association that is not registered with Companies House.
it seems they’re only just breaking into the UK. And slowly with it.

Thank you for the suggestion. At the moment, if we have to check payments have come through for one method, we may as well check for both methods. Our aim is to take away the hassle and know that forms submitted have payments with them. We will consider all options.
Mollie OR some UK payment integration that doesn't have a huge transaction volume requirement would be really good for us, and I am sure, other voluntary organisations.
