My account seems to be suspended

    Dear Madam/Sir,

    My account dtgmbilginotu seems to be suspended. I have no idea why it happened. My form has nothing to do with commercial and illegal activities.

     

    Please do correct this situation since I urgently need it.

    Hello, we apologize for this inconvenience.

    Upon checking your account both forms contains username and password fields. This violates our Terms of Use. We do not allow login or sign up forms or use our service for this purpose. I have temporarily activated your account but please delete the 2 forms that contains username and password boxes to prevent another suspension. Thank you for your cooperation

    Dear Ardy,

    I do appreciate your help and indeed I understood the sentiviness of Jotform. You are right what you have discovered. I will delete the username and password lines by tomorrow for letting people know the recent update. This was to protect anyone outside of our administration for using the forms. I wonder if there is any other way to do it.

    Hello Cagri,

    Thanks for understanding. However, even if we allow it, our automated anti-phishing system can think of its own and sooner or later you will be autosuspended again by the system automatically without us knowing it.

    Login forms like this should be outside the JotForm system and should be created independently and be interfaced on your database system. You can then leave the usual forms like questionnaires or inventory form to be handled on the JotForm side.

    That's how most users use JotForm that have their own private or corporate domain.
