Restore Deleted Account

Hi! I made an account under this specific email. I then deleted in because my class materials were not showing. Can you please help me restore account and retrieve my class material request forum? Thanks!

As per checking, this account was just recently created.

However, checking thru the email logs, it looks like you have filled out some forms of another user.

Just to clarify, do you own the form that you have previously filled out? Or you simply filled out the form and want to have access to your submitted data?
