Is there a limited period that you can use the free JotForm?

I am currently using the free jot form - it is now telling me to upgrade - is there a limited period that you can use the free jot form??

There is no limitation period to use JotForm for free. However, as your account is free, you will be subjected to the limitation as below:

• 5 forms
• 100 monthly submission
• 100 MB available space
• 1,000 monthly form view
• 500 total submission storage
• 10 payment submissions

I see that you have received 103 monthly submissions. The monthly submission will be reset every 1st day of the month. You may want to take a look at the following guide: Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
