How do I link text in a form?

In my form "Classified Ad Submission Form", I have a sub-heading text in which I want to use a mailto link. I don't see how I can create the link. Please advise.

Hello! It is not possible to add a mailto link to the sub-heading. But you can create such links in the paragraph element.
