Hi, I was wondering if theres a way to create a repetitve question.
For example:
If theres a question to insert info about your childern, I'd like to have a buttom that says "add another child" and than it will open the same fill-in question for the second child. and than again - "add another child".
I know I can add 10 question and set a conditional logic for it, but i was wondering if theres a simpler way.
thanks

Hi there,
Yes, we actually have a widget called "Configurable list", which allows users to add as many rows of fields as they like.
Here's a guide on how you can setup one https://www.jotform.com/help/282-how-to-set-up-the-configurable-list-widget
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Unfortunately, the Configurable list widget doesn't have a file upload option on it.
You can use the File Upload element to upload multiple files.
Here's a general guide on using our different file upload fields: https://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms.
You can enable the multiple attachments uploads in the File Upload elements.
Go to the MULTIPLE tabs then toggle MULTIPLE FILES to ON.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Thank you.

Hi there,
Is it possible to require the same number of files as the number of raws filled in the configurable list?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. You can only limit the number of files allowed to be uploaded, but it cannot be dependent on the number of rows added in the "Configurable list" widget.
Also, how does the file in the image you uploaded looks like that?
The image my colleague provided is an old look of the upload field, and the photo was taken from this link https://www.jotform.com/help/332-how-to-create-file-upload-forms. The upload field you are seeing now is actually the most updated layout of the field.
I hope this answers your query. Let us know if you have other questions.
