I am trying to create a form for a B&B owner who, for this particular property, can accommodate up to 4 guests. So I have created a "How many guests will be staying" number field with a min value of 1 and a max value of 4 and then if they input say 2 guests then it should show the information for guests 1 and 2 and not 3 and 4 for the user to fill in. I set it all up but when I preview the form it is not working as it should.
I am also wondering if it is possible to make whether or not a given field is required conditional also, so for example, if the user will have 3 guests then guests 1, 2, and 3 information is required and guest 4 is then not. Does this make sense?
Please assist? This is the only form currently set up in this account.

Thank you for contacting JotForm support.
Upon checking your form, I found that you have several action items in each conditon which is repeated in the other conditions as well. That may be the reason your conditions does not work as expected.
There is an easier way to manage multiple fields with one condition entry. Here is a guide which should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/196-How-to-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Based-On-a-Single-Conditional-Entry
I have cloned your form in my account and implemented the conditions as per your requirement and the above guide. Please have a look at this form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/33228347219960?
If this form looks good to you, feel free to clone this form in your account. Here is a guide which should help you in form cloning: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL
On your question of making fields required: Please be noted that any required fields will be only required when you make them visible. If a required fields is not visible in your form, it will be not required anymore. Please check my demo form above for clarification on this.
Hope this helps.
