Is the captcha form required?
- ntimminsAsked on June 08, 2011 at 11:28 AM
I have embeded a form on my site and all of that info is correct but once someone submits the form it takes them to a seperate page to fill out a captcha form and then to the thank you page. Can and how do I eliminate the captcha form?
Thanks!

Hi ntimmins,
We're very eager to assist you. But in order to do that, may we ask for the URL of the form with this issue?
We'll await your response. Thank you for using JotForm!

Hello,
This is most likely caused by a JavaScript conflict in your page rendering the in-form captcha field unable to work, thus the secondary captcha page. Try using iframe codes to embed your form to prevent this from happening.
To get your form's iframe embed codes
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form
3. Click iFrame4. Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen
Hope this solution works for you. Let us know if you have further questions or concerns. Thank you.
