Send the filled pdf file to a CRM

    Hello,


    We have a custom made CRM software and I would like to know if it is possible to send a filled pdf(On jotform) to our CRM with an API?

    Hi there,
    Thank you for reaching support.

    Unfortunately, You can only send PDF submission reports to email, google drive, and Dropbox.

    Only field inputs can be passed to CRM's.

    However, there might be a workaround to send submissions PDF to Zoho CRM as follows:

    Step 1. Integrate your form with Google Drive. This sends a submission PDF to your Google Drive account upon every submissions made.
