Also, I've included a form I build with your product several years ago, and as of last week, my Hosting company, Register.com has now suspended my websites saying that my form (Jot Forms) is creating too much SPAM emails? I don't know what is happening, because it shouldn't be sending any emails except if one of my customers trys to fill out a payment form and it should than email to me once. It's a matter of fact, I've only had, maybe 5 or 5 people use that form at all in the last several years that I've had your product on my site. Now Register.com says I have to remove the form in order to get my site back up and running? Please Help me, or should I be asking for a refund? Please advise, tHank YOu. We are truly sorry to hear that.
First off, your account with us is fine and active. The form on your page belongs to the following account details.
If you've forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking the login button found on top of this page then click forgot password.
Regarding on the problem with register.com, we'll contact them now about the situation so they can restore this page hopefully. However, since you're their customer, it'd be more proper if you could contact them about the problem. You can tell them that you've already used "Captcha" field for spam protection, this deters bots and possible spams that auto-submits the form. To add captcha field to your form, just edit your form in the form builder and drag captcha field under Power Tools.
Thanks and we hope you will be able to sort this out with your domain provider.
Contact us again here if you have further questions about this. Thank you so much!
