PayPal business request additional verification error when submitting the form

    We are experiencing problems with credit card purchases. The form states additional verification is necessary, but directs the applicant to a blank screen. Some applicants have called their credit card companies and there are no attempts seen on their end - others have it flagged as fraud.

    How can we have this form work seamlessly?

    To clarify, when the form is submitted, a message would pop-up requesting additional verification?

    I have checked your form and it seems you have integrated with PayPal business.

    I would suggest you contact PayPal support to check if your account is eligible to receive credit card payments.

    Yes, the picture attached pops up as the member is submitting their form. Our PayPal methods work, the credit cards work too - it just doesn't work consistently. Our link is embedded into our GoDaddy website under the html section. Everything has worked. We've received both credit card payments and PayPal payments - it just doesn't work 100% of the time (which is the issue thats most frustrating because we cannot help our members through this process). I use jotforms with another company and have never had any issues, so i'm wondering if it's because this isn't a paid membership/account?

    Features should work regardless if you have a paid or free account as our subscription plans are only based on usage/limits.

    On the other hand, please note that payments are processed by your chosen payment processor, in this case, PayPal Business.

    Given the error, your PayPal account does not seem to pass the respondent's bank payment verification.

    I suggest you contact PayPal Support and ask them if there is something in your PayPal account that still needs to be set up in order to avoid bank verification on user's end.

    Note that each bank has its own verification methods, some have stricter rules and sometimes it also depends on the account holder's settings.
