Hotmail Problem receiving email notifications with attachments

Hello, has anyone experienced problems with Hotmail stripping out the PDFs that are being generated by the forms? It doesn't happen every time and only recently started to happen. Until recently everything was running perfectly.

As checked, aside from the submission PDF, you are attaching the uploaded files:

Note that we have a limit of up to 5MB only on file attachments. If the upload file + PDF's size exceeded the said limit, both will not be attached to the email. This could be the reason why some emails gave attachments on them while some have none.

Also, can you share the specific submission/s where there were no PDFs received? You can provide the submission ID so we can check. Here's a guide on where-to-find-the-submission-id.

I tried cloning your form (BEHAVIOURAL CONSULT REGISTRATION) and made a test submission to it, however, I can't seem to replicate the issue. The PDF and the uploaded file were attached to the email notification when I received it on my hotmail email:
