Google Sheets not receiving data

My jots form is not showing up on google sheets. How can I check it to make sure process was done right?

I have checked some of your forms, and I found Google Sheets integration in form BOCES Schools Csv. However, this form doesn't have any submissions. Once your form is submitted, data from the form will be automatically be sent to Google Sheets.

Please let us know if you have Google Sheets integration in another form, so we could check it.
