    Hello thespanishfactory,

    Thank you fro contacting JotForm support.

    Do you want to completely hide the text  of your payment question " Personal Tuition 2-2-1 at Home £Free GBP" and the radio button as well? It is possible to do by injecting custom css in your form.

    Please inject the following custom css:

    #input_7_1001, label {visibility:hidden !important;}

    Here is a guide which should help you inject the custom css in your form:  http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Hope this helps.

    Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hello thespanishfactory,

    Sorry about that. Please inject the following custom css in your form:

    .form-product-item #input_7_1001 {visibility: hidden;}

    .form-product-item label[for|="input_7_1001"] {visibility: hidden;}

    This will only hide the radio button and the associated label but will retain the sublabel text. Here is a guide which should help you inject the custom css in your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Hope this helps.

    Do get back to us if you have any question.

    Thank you!
