I have set up forms for NSW Bull Terrier Rescue, QLD Bull Terrier Rescue & VIC Bull Terrier Rescue.
Victoria are receiving email notifications, but NSW & QLD are not.
I even set up three diffferent accounts to make sure that there was no confusion with email addresses.
I have tried variations in the set up & nothing is working. The notifications go to Jotform, where I can forward them to the email addresses.
I have set up the email alerts the same way for the three groups, so don't understand what is stopping the notifications. In fact, the original account was called Central Coast Bull Terrier Rescue & I never had any issues with those forms either.
I added you as a safe sender as per your forum instructions & have received other emails from Jotform, so there is nothing stopping them from getting through.
I have read through the forums & have followed instructions, but have got nowhere. The two email addresses are both live.com, email@example.com & firstname.lastname@example.org
Each group has four forms each.
I hope that you can help please!!
P.S. I tried using Conditions too, but that didn't help.

I have used Mandrill for NSW QLD & with a bit of trial & error, it is now all working perfectly, thank you. :)
