I have two issues with my account.

    Hi Jotform,

    The first is it says log in fail when the credentials have not been changed. It takes a few attempts to log in.

    The second issue is it will not let me edit the form. When I click on "Edit Form" it takes me to the form like I am trying to fill it out.

    I tried opening a form using my test account and it is working fine.

    I checked your account and it is in good status. I cleared your form cache on our server. Could you please try it again and see if the issue still persists on your end?
