When users try to submit my form, the submit button stays stuck at "please wait". However I do receive (repeated) submissions every time they press the button, but the user gets an error page.

I have tested your form and seems like this has been disabled, so I cloned it and performed a test, the form seems to have worked, here is an example about the result on my end:
I cleared your forms cache, kindly perform a new test and let us know if the problem persists.

I have just checked your form again and it seems disabled, may we enable it to perform a test and then disable the form?
Also, I would recommend you to kindly try using a different internet connection, browser or device, it's possible that an app installed on the device/browser or security restrictions in the network are causing this issue.

Yes, please enable it. We have tried with different devices. It was working fine last week

I tried to enable and test your form. I was working as expected. Can I gently ask you to enable your form in the Form Settings section under the Settings tab?
