How to set minimum order quantity?

Try to Add a minium to purchase but cannot get either conditional logic or Calculation widget to work

We want to set a minimum of a 5lb order to submit. I have tried to add both the logic question and the Calculation widget with not luck, as the field that I need do not show up as an option. Help, please.
