Is there an account that we can all log under with different passwords?

Our CEO already has an account with JotForm and is wanting to add multiple administrators to the account, such as Managers and Human Resource. Is there an account that we can all log under with different passwords?

The ability to added additional users to your account is only available at JotForm Enterprise. You may, however, consider using the form collaboration and/or table collaboration feature instead. Kindly refer to the following guide:
