What widget will convert a table into calculated totals

How do I convert this table in a pdf to an actual form box to fill out? I need to be able to collect when each "week" is selected, as well as the options for BC/AC (see screenshot). Is this possible? Is there a CSS or widget for this?

    Hi there,

I'm quite not sure if I got your query correctly. Please take note that not all portions of a PDF are automatically converted to a form element when using smart PDF forms, it will still depend on the layout of your PDF, thus automatically returning a calculated total is also not possible.

If you are referring to something else, It would be great if you can share with us more information so we can assist you better, and see if what you're trying to accomplish is possible.

We will wait for your response.

    Hi,

I'm not looking for the table in the PDF to automatically convert to a form element. Instead, I'm looking for the best way to collect the data that the table would collect if the pdf was just printed out and being filled in by hand. If I was hand writing the PDF, then I could check the "amount" column, and circle the options in the BC/AC columns, and calculate the total. If I still want all the data collected electronically using a form, what widgets are the most functional?

Thank you for the clarification. Please try using the Input Table field instead to map the Total field in the Smart PDF form.

You can use Calculation using the Input Table field.

The input table and calculated data will be available in the form tables.
