Hallo Team,

ich würde gerne 3 Unterschiedliche PDFs mit den Antworten aus dem Fragebogen bespielen.

Dabei sollen die PDFs jeweils an verschiedene Absender gehen.

Wir kann ich das einstellen? Habe das Gefühl ich kann nur eine PDF Vorlage hochladen und diese ersetzen - es sollen aber 3 sepaarte dokumente sein.

First off, here's how to create a PDF document out of your form submissions https://www.jotform.com/help/384-how-to-customize-pdf-submissions-report.

It is also possible to create multiple PDF documents in the PDF Editor and customize each PDF according to your preference. To create another PDF document,

1. On the PDF Editor page, click the New PDF button found on the top left corner
2. Select New PDF Document

You can repeat the same steps if you want to add more PDF documents.

To have it sent to different recipients, you can create multiple notifications/autoresponders in your form then just select which PDF document to attach in each email notification/autoresponder. thanks for your note!

I was able to add a new PDF to the submission form > I have also seen where to include or exclude this from the different E-mail notifications.

However, also for the "second" PDF I would like to import my own layout and also transfer "answers" from the original PDF in the blank-fields.

Is this possible?

Meaning that from one form > you insert information in two, three or more different PDFs > which again you can send seperately to unique e-mail receivers.

I can see that you have already imported your PDF form to JotForm https://www.jotform.com/210590863964363. Note that for imported PDF, you can only have 1 original PDF and multiple custom PDFs.

Both original PDF and custom PDFs can be attached to different autoresponders separately.
