reports2cloud to DropBox does not work

I setup an integration for two different forms to generate an Excel sheet and save it in a DropBox folder. It says it was successful however now Excel file is being generated. I see no error messages, no hint whatsoever...

I'm not exactly sure how you are sending Excel sheets to Dropbox. However, we do have an app available for this purpose. You can check it on the link below.

I guess you ignored the title of my question: "reports2cloud to DropBox does not work"

Anyway, I'm using the same exact tool, and it says the integration is successful except in my case I don't aby excel file copied or generated, so back to my initial question....

Yep, that's exactly what I did, not a very complicated process, something else must be going on, any special requirements on the dropbox side? Anyway to debug this?

Can you please create a clone of your form and try it again?

You don't need to integration dropbox from the settings when you are using this app. The App creates a webhook integration automatically in your form to send the submissions as an Excel sheet.

I've not made any changes in the settings in dropbox.
