Trouble editing a product in a Product List

    Hello, I've created a long product list in this form:

    The form seems to work properly when I submit it, but if I need to edit one of the products in the list, Jotform brings up the wrong product in edit mode.

    For example, if I want to edit "Mint, Chocolate", when I click on the pencil icon to edit that product, it brings up the "Muhlenbergia capillaris (Gulf Muhly)" product in edit mode. Or if I try to edit "Lavender 'Otto Quast'", it brings up "Cyperus giganteus (Mexican Papyrus)" in edit mode when I click on the pencil icon.

    I don't think I'm doing something wrong, but please let me know if I am. Right now I can't edit the products in the list.

    Thank you, but I still have the same problem. Here are some screen shots. I selected the Ficus caprica product, clicking on the pencil icon to edit:

    I also tried clearing the cache again today. The form is owned by another id to which I am authorized and I cleared the cache for both ids. No luck.

    Greetings.

    This is happening because the Categories are enabled in your form. Please disable them and update your products, and then you can enable categories again. Categories settings should be saved, so you won't need to add products to categories again.

    Hello again,

    What is the best way to delete categories?

    After a review of the form, it was decided to delete all but 4 of the categories and turn on category headings. I tried deleting the categories in the Product List Settings, but after deleting them, when I viewed the form they were still there. I tried several more times and finally had only 4 categories, but then I discovered that the last 30 products in the list were missing!! Fortunately, I had created a backup before I started trying to delete the categories.

    I thought about turning the categories off and editing the individual products, but then I can't see the categories to remove them. How can I delete the categories without decimating my product list?

    In order to remove the categories and do not affect the products please go to each category and remove the matching products:

    But, I also can see that you already hide the categories, all the product are going to be shown.
