Use of personalized fields

    If I create my own form, is there a way to pull into it other information fields from the excel? Like to insert he business name on top in the name of the form? How do I do that?

    I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. Do you mean to say that when a user input data in form, you want to fetch the corresponding data of a user from an Excel file?

    I would also suggest you to please take a look at our "Spreadsheet to form" widget and see if that fits into your requirement.

    You can upload an Excel file with all the data and a unique column data that could be the id, email or phone number field. When the user input their unique data in the widget on form, it will fetch the respective user’s data from the uploaded Excel file and display in form field.
