Migration to HIPAA Platform

    After signing the BAA, I select begin migration and keep getting an error :Oops something went wrong.

    May I suggest that you try re-logging into your account on your web browser after you have cleared its cache/data, please? Or, you can also try using a different browser and/or device.

    Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    I tried relogging into my account after I've cleared cache/data.

    I get the error "Oops something went wrong" when I click "Start Migration". I have already completed signing the BAA form at this point.

    Can you please try to use a different device to complete the process.

    Also, can you share with us a screenshot of your console report so we can check for errors when you get this error message?
