Are there certain browsers JotForm doesn't work on?

We have had a couple of people that said the link that we sent them wouldn't work for them. It works for everyone else though, so I was wondering if it depends on the browser they are using?

JotForm works on all browsers. I can not guarantee if they are using some old version of the browser. If you could tell us the device and the browser they tried it on then we can try to test the same here.

Thank you, unfortunately it was members of ours so we do not know the browser and device that was used. Thank you for your quick response though.
