Your link keeps taking me to a 3rd party site that doesnt take my username/ password. I even tried to reset the password, but it did not work.
Can you people cancel my subscription immediately.

You have paid Your JotForm subscription using our payment gateway, Plimus. Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.
Your username in Plimus is not the same as your Jotform username.
I have looked into your account and it seems that you were able to cancel your subscription on your own. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. You are scheduled for downgrade on June 29, 2011.
