Form not submitting

Hi I have a Community Registration Form that allows a draft to be saved but will not submit the form entry. I've tried the iframe embed method, I've also tried testing it on preview and tried submitting using the direct link but none of these have worked.

The submit form just simply shows "please wait" but never submits. Would appreciate some help asap!
