I've forgotten my password and the "send an email" option isn't working

    I'm trying to log in to my account and thanks to a new laptop, I've lost my password. The reset emails aren't coming through to agould@redcrossblood.org.au.

    Hello Alison, I checked the email address you mentioned, but it is only linked to a guest account. Can you please mention at least one URL of the form you own so we can use that to trace your account?

    Would our latest receipt for Pro account do the job? Sorry, as an end- user of the system with no password avaialble, it's hard to get to the URLs without access to the platform!
