**shervink**We are using your Stripe integration and would like to use coupon codes. However it seems that you do not provide that functionality through your integration. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks.

**EliezerN**Thanks for contacting us.

According to what my colleague has answered in the next thread, it is possible to use our coupon code function with Stripe: http://www.jotform.com/answers/216241

So, if you are having any issues with the usage of it please let us know so that we can further investigate.

Thanks

**shervink**Yes, I see how it works when someone is purchasing products but the functionality is not available when using the subscrption functionality. We have two subscription options that a customer can choose. Each subscription has a setup fee that we will discount with a coupon code. We are not able to use the coupon function when configured this way. Any ideas how we can workaround this? Here is the form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/33216124239952

Thanks.

**Welvin**Hi,

Unfortunately, coupon codes will only works with Product Base settings, not for subscriptions and donations.

As a workaround, you may consider creating two forms, one for the original price and one for the discounted price. Then, embed this two forms into another form (base form) then apply our conditional logic to show rates base on the text box codes entry.

Example form (base form): http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23045445688965

Original Price Form: http://jotformpro.com/form/23045260352948

Discounted Price Form: http://jotformpro.com/form/23045415335951

IF this sounds okay for you, let us know and we'll go ahead for the full instructions. I would also suggest creating the original and discounted form. We can possibly apply this for you for as long as the forms are ready.

Thanks

**Welvin**By the way, you should apply "

**qwerty**" without quotes as the Discount Coupon Codes on the base forms box.If you will click next

**with**the correct discounted codes, you will be redirected to the form with the discounted prices. If you will click next

**without**the correct discounted codes, you will be redirected to the form with the original price. Thanks

**jonathan**We actually have a user guide for it.

You can review it here

**-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form**You can test the demo jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41363533068958 to see how the concept works.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
