show input table data in the PDF document

    Hello -

    I work in staffing and created a skill checklist. In our industry it's important to have all scale options shown on the list. Right now, I have a radio button scale of 0-5. The entire scale comes over on email but the PDF only shows answer the person chose.

    How can I adjust so the PDF also comes across the same as the body in the email?

    I think I'll bring some business your way Jotform!! These guys took a different path but getting them back into the good side! :)

    Hi, you may edit your input table in your PDF editor to disable a table instead of words.

    In your PDF editor, select your input table>Answer style>Display type to grid.
