I have a website with personal data like name, first name, D.O.B. egg.
I like to submit special data, for exaample, name or something else, comming from the website automatically into a field, may be a hidden field, if the form will be submited.
Ho can I do this?
Thanks and regards,

I don't fully understand what you mean by your question. Can you show us the website where the data will be taken from? Is the data dynamic? Can you give us a sample workflow on how the data will be taken from your site and into the form?
Thank you in advance for your cooperation. I am looking forward to your response.

thanks for your answer.
Have a look at http://www.nepalkinderhilfe.de/Formular_Issue_2011_06_09.png
There I tried to describe the sitaution. It's a website for godparent and their godchilds. A potential godparent can agree to the sponsorship and therefore he has to fill out the formular, related to that special godchild.
I hope, it's a little bit clear so far.
Many thanks and regards,

Can you give me the exact url of the page you were talking about? I'll try to find a solution to incorporate that data into the form although I cannot promise that I'll be able to do so successfully. I look forward to your response.

here is the link: http://www.nepalkinderhilfe.de/NKH/schulpatenschaft.htm
This side is the test side for the new homepage of the "Nepal Children Aid" and I'm figuring out possibilities with Jotform.
Within that page, you'll see the first field in the form, that shall take for example Firstname and Name, in this case "Adit Sidan". May be we can define this field ass hidden field or read-only.
Hope that will help. Many thanks and regards,

I made some test and had the idea, to implement a form field, let's say id = "test", with the attribute: disabled="true"
The source data I like to submit into the form field is stored at a <div id="source_field"></div>
Is it possible to define this disabled attribute within jotform?
If possible, I would integrate the following lines of code behind the form code:
document.getElementById("test").value = document.getElementById("source_field").innerHTML;

Unfortunately, there is no way to insert a script tags to the form using the Form Builder. Script tags will be stripped out from the form. It is intended to be that way for security purposes.
Each submission would then include the information prefilled by your Region and Name selector.
Hope you find this useful.
