I have a PayPal business account I'm wanting to add the PayPal Business bottom to my form, but when I reach the login, it asks for my email and country, while showing a "next" button, but that button does absolutely nothing and is no clickable.

The page below is where I get stuck

I read on the forums here that I should try PayPal Checkout, but also doesn't work.

I have tried reaching out to Paypal, but have gotten zero response from them.

    Greetings,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I noticed that currently you have removed the PayPal integration from your form.

For now I have cleared your form cache, could you kindly try opening your form using another browser and integrating PayPal Business again, and you can also try switching to another network that you have.

Please give it a try, and let us know how it goes.

    Thank you. Regards.

Just recreated the form now, and tried again and still not working. I followed the link that you provided. For context, Im getting stuck at step 3

"3. Log into your PayPal business account using the sign-in window that appears on your screen."

When I click next, it just doesn't do anything .

    Greetings,

It seems that the PayPal account that you're trying to connect with JotForm PayPal Business integration is either a Personal account or a Business account that has not been properly configured to accept payments.

You said that you have tried to contact PayPal but didn't get any answer yet. I would suggest you contact PayPal Support again, and ask them if there is something in your PayPal account that still needs to be set up in order to avoid bank verification on the user's end.

Note that each bank has its own verification methods, some have stricter rules, and sometimes it also depends on the account holder's settings.

Let us know when you have the details from them,

    Johann
