Unable to log in to account

    Please help - I can't login to my account

    In desperation I have clicked the forgotton password button but it hasn't sent anything to my email.

    Badly need these forms so can you get back to me asap

    You were unable to log in because your account was suspended. We have reviewed your account, and we unsuspended it. It is now fully active, and you won't have any problems accessing it. 

    Some of our users try to use JotForm services for spamming and phishing others. That's why we needed to create a strict algorithm to prevent them and suspend their accounts. 

    Unfortunately, it can sometimes make a mistake, what happened to your account.
