Password Reset not working

    Can you please tell me how to reset the password for my Jotform? I have tried to get a Password reset send to debpilsudski@gmail.com and it does not come through.

    Hello @Pilsudski,

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

    Please note that if you are trying to reset the password of an active account, you will need to use the exact email address that is saved under the account to receive the password reset email. If an incorrect email address is used, no password reset email will be sent at all.

    After checking your account, I found that the email address listed there is not debpilsudski@gmail.com, therefore, the reset password link was not sent to you. This is done for security purposes.

    Please use your actual account email address when requesting your password reset link.
