Add checkbox to the input table?

    Are we able to add to this screen another section where someone can just check off if they have a printed list vs completing this screen? See my attachment!

    Hi, thank you for contacting support.

    To clarify, you want to add the checkbox, and if it is checked, the input table for medication will be skipped?

    Unfortunately, you can't add a custom checkbox to the input table. You can create another card that would ask if the user has a printed list for the medication. If yes, you can show the paragraph text to bring the medication list to the appointment. If no, you can redirect the user input table for medication.
