    Hello - I am trying to upgrade to the HIPAA account and each time it states that the card was declined.

    Hi,

    Seems that your each of your payment cards had "processing_error", which means should be tried later, however, due to many attempts, our internal security logic blocked your payment requests.

    I've flushed the payment attempt limit for your account, could you please try again?

    Hello - I tried this again and it continues to show an error. I've tried two different cards.

    Seems that we will not be able to pass this problem. There are two alternatives;

    1) Using our other payment processor integration. Please try to upgrade your account through this link:

    https://www.jotform.com/pricing/?plan=Silver&gateway=fastspring

    2) Using the PayPal option in checkout flow.

    P.S: I've re-enabled your first-day campaign so that you can still be able to get benefit from it.
