Hi
We are having issues with our stripe integrated forms.
Some of our customers have been charged multiple times and we are continuously needing to refund the money.
Please let us know how we can fix this.

As your account is HIPAA enabled, we cannot go to your form and check it directly.
Is the form embedded on any website? May we know the form in question?
Is the form submitted via a mobile browser?
We would suggest you redirect the Thankyou page to an external page or this Thankyou page:

Some time the Thank you page is left open in the browser that could be the reason for those duplicated submissions. When the browser is opened the Thank you page gets reloaded and triggers another submission.
