Smart PDF Show Appointment

I asked this question and got an answer Feb 18th. It was very helpful and worked exactly as I needed. For some reason, I haven't changed my form that I know of, but its not working now. Instead of the date/time displaying in text, there is a string of numbers that display. I've been trying to figure it out for hours and I give up. Please help.

You cannot map an Appointment element to the PDF document in Smart PDF, unfortunately.

You could, however, use a Form Calculation widget to capture the string (A-Z) value of the Appointment element and map that to the document.

Can you please try it in your form again? I've tested it in a clone of your form and in a new form as well. The date is displaying correctly.
