Yes or No Widget Question

I have a multi-question form with yes and no answers. Is there a way to integrate the thank you page early if someone answers no to one of the questions?

You can create another card by using the paragraph field and then design it like a thank you page. After that, you can redirect the user to that page if they choose NO to one of the questions.
