Uploads have an error

My uploads are not coming up when I check them

Hi Dana,

Are you the form owner or are you filling out a form. If you are just filling out a form then you are unable to view the uploaded file due to the form owner account privacy settings.

You can contact the form owner to change their privacy settings or submit the form. The form owner will be able to view the uploads.

If you have submitted the form already, along with the uploaded file, then the form owner should be able to view them on their account.
