Can your app accept a photograph from a computer webcam and input into a form? Can you then automatically import that into Google Sheets? and lastly can the form be printed on a docket printer as a sticker?

I want to use this as a simple visitor management system

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

You can take a photo by using the Take Photo Widget: https://eu.jotform.com/widgets/take-photo

Regarding Google Sheets, Google sheets will only store a link to the photos, not the photo directly.

And for the printing part, as you will have access to the photos, you can print them without any issue.

    Hope this helps.

Do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.

Thanks for the rapid response. With reference to pricing. In the free version , it mentions 5 x forms. Does this mean five individual forms or five pages on one form?

I am looking for a template with an I’d photograph for a visitor management system. I cannot find one already established. Is one available ? Or do I start from scratch?

Also is there a trial version with all features unlocked for a period of time? Or just free to start and update as required?
