Dropbox Integration Wizard does not Complete

    After clicking "send submissions to dropbox" on the dropbox form and logining into my dropbox account and allowing Jotform to access the dropbox account, the pop up window closes and nothing more happens.

     

    Can you help?

    You may need to first create the integration to Dropbox through the Form Editor. Once you have the integration created your submission will be sent to your dropbox account. And the menu option that was labeled "Send submissions to dropbox" will change to Manage Integration

    For reference the Dropbox Form Integration is performed as follows:

    On the Setup & Embed section click on the Integrations icons

    Click on the Dropbox Forms option found under the Most Popular or Document Sharing section.

    You will then need to Authenticate the Dropbox Account you want to use.

    Then continue to edit how the submissions will be saved to your account. Proceed through the Next button until the wizard is finished.

    By performing these steps we will have our form properly integrated to your Dropbox account.

    The original option you had tried for some reason did not perform the integration, and I was able to replicate the problem through a clone of your form. I will go ahead and escalate this matter to the Development Team so that they can look at this further.

    I couldn't get past the dropbox popup using Safari. I tried again with Chrome and it worked without a problem!

    Thank you for your response. 

    What version of Safari did you try it on? Use http://www.whatismybrowser.com

    Its hard to keep up with the development differences between browsers, but we like to be thorough. 

    Its also worthy to note that Jotform's form editor works best on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
