I have created/modified my email alerts probably a dozen times tonight and I'm getting very frustrated! I continue to update them and your system keeps LOSING ALL OF MY CHANGES and reverting it back to a standard JOT FORM EMAIL! Why is this happening?
Also, I just noticed an email notification from another form that I haven't even touched got modified! Why is that happening?

A fix should now be in place. Kindly try to perform changes on your email alert at this time.

OK, I tried the form again and only 1 of the notifications is working. The one that goes to the submitter is not being sent Please fix.

Yes, looks like the autorespond is not being delivered when using your verified custom sender email
Can you please try with a gmail/yahoo instead? Let us know if this help. If it doesn't we might arise a ticket to find out further

I tried doing it with your noreply jotform email and it still didn't work. I can't use any other email as this is the email of our association. Please look into it to get it fixed.
