Why did the COnstant Contact connection stop working?

    For a long time the form to update constant contact through Jotform worked beautifully. It has not worked in several months causing me to hand move all join requests to our subscription list each week. How can I adjust this to work again?

    Firdst let me apologize for the inconvenience this may have brought you. I would suggest, if you havent tried already. To remove the Constant Conact Integrations from your form and recreate the integration. 

    So far I have tried cloning your form and integrating it to my constant contact account, contacts are being synced properly.

    To remove the integration, you can perform the following steps:

    On the Form Editor, click on the Integrations icon. When the Integrations Wizard appears. Go to the Email tab and then click on Constant Contact button.

    Once the Constanct Cdontact Integration Wizard window appears. Kindly click on the Remove integration, then perofrm the itegation process oncefagin To verify if the intgegration now works porperly.
