Appointment Calendar - Rolling Days option has stopped working

    Hi Jotform,

    On two of our forms the rolling days option on the appointment calendar has stopped working. We had it set to 6 rolling days but now appears to be allowing bookings months in advance. Please could you investigate why this is happening, we have taken the forms offline for now.

    Hi there,

    I just tested the appointment field's rolling days feature, and it is working as expected. There might be an issue with the cache.

    I have cleared your form's cache from our server, can you please check again if it still allows advance bookings that are not within the rolling days.

    If the issue still persists please let us know.

    Thanks, perhaps it was the cache as they are now working. Could you let me know if we need to clear the cache in future or is this something only jotform support can do?

    You can clear the form cache on your end if you occasionally experience some peculiar issues with your form or account.

    Hi, we appear to have the same issue again today on the same forms. We have cleared the cache but this has not worked, could you take a look please?

    I've checked this form https://form.jotform.com/201591865335358 and the only available dates are those within the rolling days.

    Is that the form having the issue? Kindly please check again to see if the issue still persists on your end.

    I have cleared your form's cache again from our server.

    We will wait for your response.
