Form Disabled: How come my jotform is disabled?

    May I check why is my jotform disabled? And I can't seem to enable it.

    Would you be able to help me enable the form again? Thank you!

    Hi there!

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I checked your form settings, and it looks like the form status is set to "Disabled". Please choose "Enabled" from the dropdown menu to enable your form.
